This trip has been a really cool blessing. I was so anxious about it before I came over, unsure of what was needed of me, but it has all turned out well. No it was not with it's hiccups but I am really glad to have spent time with some amazing people on this trip. Plus being in London for my 33rd is quite fitting. I hate being in town for my birthday and I had the attention that birthdays get. I have to work today because all of the kiddos are heading out. I like this because it keep my birthday on the down low and I can slide under the radar a bit. I don't really have too many birthday plans today, but I know I will see Rachel and Fez. We'll see hot it plays out.

After my meeting, I finally meet up with Rachel who had been waiting at the Leinster Arms down the street from the hotel. I'm so happy she is here! She took the train all the way from Oxford too. I want to keep thing low key so we decide to do a picnic with food and cookies from Mark and Spencers. After we grab coffee from Costa Coffee and walk to Kensington Park to sit down near the water to enjoy our lunch and talk.

I wanted to go back the V&A to check out the free exhibit and see the other parts of the V&A. We realized that there was an FA Cup being played between Arsenal and Aston Villa in the afternoon, which would be followed by the Copa del Rey between Atletico Madrid and Barcelona. I decided that this is what I wanted to do. I wanted to watch two good matches and hang out with Rachel and Fez. Boom there was the plan.

One of the things I love about London is the free museums. I have a short attention span, so trying to see a museum in one day is tough on me. In London that is never the problem because the London Museums are FREE. Take note America. FREE. This allows me to keep coming back to museums so I can take it in pieces and at my pace so I don't become bored or overwhelmed. I had three parts I wanted to hit on this visit. The first was What is luxury exhibit, the second the statues...
