Checked out of our place in Temescal and moved onto Potrero Hill. This is the first time we’ve returned to an apartment — we lived here back in the spring — so settling in was super easy.
Headed straight to Farley’s to get some work done.
Love me some soupy noodles on a chilly day. There is always a wait at this Bay Area favorite. Tonight was no different — we waited 45 minutes before the shop even opened. The garlic pork broth is light, and the noodles are thick and chewy. Not sure if it’s worth the wait, though.
This butchery is also one of our favorite sandwich places. Everything on the daily changing menu is delicious, especially the porchetta, pulled pork, roast beef, lamb burger and meatball sandwiches. Also highly recommend any of their pre-seasoned meats, like the country rib roast and diablo marinated whole chicken.
Pre-meeting snack with all the fixins. Great thing about this stand is that it’s open late.
Checking out the new hood.
